The Snappers, Sparklers and Hoppers have had an egg-citing week exploring eggs and riding bicycles!
Look at all the amazing creations the Hoppers made with jelly beans, peeps and toothpicks. If you look hard you might see a tuba, reindeer, train or a house. How fun!
The Rangers explored light and created their own rainbows!
The Scooter Room had a lot of fun this week celebrating Dr. Seuss’s birthday last week. They did Wacky plunger painting, Cat in the Hat cup stacking, and Put Me In the Zoo play dough/slime. What a fun week!

This week is all about shapes in the Sparkler room! We have been making shapes out of popsicle sticks and playdough. We also explored Geo-boards. Look at the shapes we made with our whole bodies too!
This week in the Sparkler Room is all about SNW! We made crystal snowflakes! We can’t wait to watch them grow. Look at our “box snow people” too! We also have been plowing the roads in our block area using cotton balls as snow. We even had a chance to paint the snow earlier this week. What fun!
The Hoppers learning about penguins! We did a science experiment to see how penguins stay dry, waddled with balloons to walk like a penguin, and had fun making shaving cream igloos for our penguins.

This week the Sparklers are learning about holidays around the world. The kids have been very busy wrapping gifts, using ramps to see how fast Santa sleigh can go, and playing Holiday BINGO! What a fun week we have been having!
The Hoppers had fun building gumdrop houses for their gingerbread people. What fun!
Hopper’s did a fun Santa chemistry experiment yesterday with glitter and food coloring in baking soda. 🎅
All this week in the Sparkler room we have been learning about our feelings. Today we made different playdough feeling faces. How are you feeling today?
The Snappers and Sparklers were able to take in every minute of the beautiful weather yesterday! It is nursery rhyme week and they had fun pretending to be “Jack and Jill”

“Walk Wednesday” brought us to Two Brothers for some refreshing, tasty, ice cream – great way to break up the week!!The kiddos had fun today creating an obstacle course with pool noodles. Summer Camp and Rangers enjoyed a walk to OshPop yesterday for some buttery and cheesy popcorn – lots of happy campers here at Davis!The Summer Camp kids learned about spines yesterday and even made a candy spine to help learn about all the parts and how it works!
Summer Camp kiddos had a great time mini golfing yesterday – several of them even got a hole-in-one!
